We are seeking energetic, bilingual, and motivated 440/220 Licensed Insurance Agents to join our high-performing team in Miami FL. Responsibilities
- Sell and service a full range of homeowners insurance products.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance targets.
- Handle inbound customer calls, addressing questions, comments, and concerns with professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding customer service support, ensuring every interaction reflects our standards of excellence.
- Conduct outbound calls as needed to generate new business and maintain client relationships.
- Exercise sound judgment in customer service decisions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Active 440 or 220 Property & Casualty License (Required).
- Bilingual (English & Spanish).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven work ethic.
- MUST HAVE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE
